NT Labs Acriflavin 250ml

Some bacteria are beneficial to ponds and will help break down waste to make the water safer for the fish, however there are some bacteria that can harm them, especially if they are already injured. These bacteria can greatly affect weakened fish, particularly those carrying open wounds or ulcers, as they can make their way inside and affect the internal organs.

NT Labs Acriflavin also contains a mild antiseptic which can help healing, and reduce chances of further infections in future.

Dosage: 250ml bottle treats 9,075 litres (2000 gallons).

Directions

• Dosage: 10ml treats 363 litres (80 gallons) of pond water.
• Mix the appropriate dosage in a clean bucket of pond water, pour evenly over the surface of the pond and leave for 7 days. Switch off UV filtration until the colour has gone from the water. Aerate the pond well during treatment.
• If you feel a repeat dose is necessary, allow 7 days after medicating and perform a partial water change before re- treating or treating with a different medication.
• Always treat when you have time to observe fish and take appropriate action in the unlikely event of a bad reaction.

Warning:
Do not use at water temperatures above 30°C.
Do not use in hot, humid or thundery weather.
Do not mix medications.
