Balanced Pure Reef Salt For SPS Dominant Reef Aquariums
Platinum Reef Salt is a pharmaceutical grade, premium formula of quality reef salt, especially formulated for aquarists who prefer their levels not to be elevated and to be closer to natural levels. A balanced blend of inorganic salts containing all the elements necessary for the development and growth of reef systems, frag systems and fish only systems.
Enriched with added trace elements to aid coral growth and vibrancy as well as benefit all marine organisms. This salt has been specifically formulated for all marine and brackish systems and achieves a stable PH of 8.3.
When mixed at a salinity at 1.025 specific gravity it will provide parameters that are approximately:
Alkalinity: 7.5 - 8 dKH
Calcium: 420 - 450ppm
Magnesium: 1250 - 1300ppm
